Executive Summary

BRAME wanted a website that wins enterprise deals and lets its marketing team ship content fast. We ran positioning and messaging workshops with BRAME’s founders and C-level, turned the result into a website strategy, refreshed the brand and built a bilingual Webflow website with templates for every content type. Since launch, the partnership has grown into a second website, a product launch page and an ongoing growth retainer.

  • One position, agreed by BRAME’s founders and C-level
  • A brand uplift with new colours, typography and product illustrations
  • A bilingual Webflow website with six industry pages and a CMS for game concepts, stories and events
  • A long-term partnership: BRAME Media Solutions site, Studio launch page and a growth retainer
BRAME project overview: positioning, brand uplift, product illustrations and the new Webflow website

Before the relaunch

Europe’s biggest brands as customers, but no single story yet.

BRAME sells to some of Europe’s biggest retail and consumer brands, and its website had to speak to them with the same confidence. In spring 2024, BRAME ran on a WordPress site with around 400 URLs. The team served retail, quick-service restaurants, FMCG, e-commerce and hospitality, and a major product upgrade was on the way. Marketing wanted more enterprise leads and a site it could grow without a developer for every page.

  • Many audiences, one story. BRAME served six industries with the same message. Before writing a single page, the leadership team had to decide which segment and which features to lead with.
  • Brand and website had to move together. BRAME’s own roadmap included a light rebrand, so the new look had to be ready in time for the new site.
  • Product screenshots on hold. The upgraded BRAME Studio wasn’t ready for launch. Real screenshots would have aged within weeks.
  • A heavy legacy site. Around 400 WordPress URLs and a desktop PageSpeed score of 71.
  • Content at scale. Industry pages, 16 planned game concepts, events and job posts all needed templates the team could fill on its own.

What we did

We followed our standard process: get the position right first, then structure, then design, then build.

1. Positioning workshops with the founders. We kicked off on 21 June 2024 with CEO Pascal Späni, the co-founders and the marketing team. Between sessions, BRAME ranked its segments and features in a full-day internal workshop. A second positioning session in July locked the decision.

“That was a great start to our collaboration.”

2. Messaging and a clear path to the demo. We turned the position into a messaging framework and mapped it onto every page with BRAME’s marketing team and copywriter. A strategy workshop set the structure: a homepage that leads with the platform, pages for six industries, game concepts, pricing in local currencies and a demo flow. Pages were ranked A, B and C, so version one launched with what sells.

“BRAME’s leadership brought a lot of strong ideas into the room. The workshops turned them into one position everyone could sign, and the Webflow system means every new page starts from that position.”

Yannik Moll, Co-Founder, Growably

3. A brand uplift. Two moodboards, a “professional” direction, a refreshed colour palette and typography, two homepage concepts and brand guidelines in Figma. Our B2B SaaS web design team carried the new look into every page.

Slack message from Raoul Bornhauser: “Our CEO got very excited about this yesterday! Great job!”

4. Product illustrations for a product in motion. With BRAME Studio still in development, we designed illustrations for the game library, drag-and-drop builder, omnichannel distribution and real-time analytics, plus an illustration style for game concepts. They explain the product at a glance and don’t age with the next release.

5. Forms, demo booking and tracking. Demo and contact forms connected to Salesforce, demo booking with Calendly and UTM pass-through, plus tracking with GA4 and a consent setup with Cookiebot.

6. A Webflow system built to scale. English and German with Webflow Localization, CMS collections for blog, customer stories, game concepts, events and team testimonials, careers synced from HiBob and pricing in CHF, EUR, GBP and USD by country. About 400 old URLs were mapped to 301 redirects, and we produced the launch video for LinkedIn.

Slack message from Raoul Bornhauser: “Thanks for the great work, guys, and for going the extra mile with us. I’m very happy!”

The results

Faster, clearer and built to keep growing.

BRAME presented the new website at its global company kickoff in January 2025 and went live a week later. Results were measured by Growably at launch or reported by BRAME’s team.

  • A faster site. Desktop PageSpeed went from 71 on the old WordPress site to 96 on Webflow, with more content and animation than before.
  • One story for enterprise buyers. Homepage, product, industry and pricing pages follow the position BRAME’s founders agreed on. When BRAME sharpened its positioning in 2026, the same system carried the new messaging to its core pages.
  • Content at scale. After a Webflow handover with video tutorials, BRAME’s marketing team publishes blog posts, customer stories, events and job posts itself. For bigger launches, like the BRAME Studio landing page in April 2026, we went from first design to live in about a week.

Why BRAME chose Growably, and stayed

Found on LinkedIn, kept for the long run.

Raoul first came across Growably on LinkedIn, through a recommendation post and our own content on B2B SaaS websites. Before signing in April 2024, BRAME asked for a live Webflow demo to see how its marketers would work in the CMS.

Slack message from Raoul Bornhauser: “Fantastic work! I’m super happy with our new landing page.”

After launch the work kept going: a sales deck in the new brand, the BRAME Studio landing page in April 2026 and a growth retainer for new pages, forms, tracking and the rollout of BRAME’s sharpened messaging in 2026.

A second website for BRAME Media Solutions. For BRAME’s paid media business we ran strategy workshops, then designed and built mediasolutions.brame.io with a filterable showcase library. It went live in May 2025 with a desktop PageSpeed score of 97.
